01 - 4 fl oz 100% tart cherry juice, unsweetened
02 - 1/4 cup unflavored sparkling water
03 - 1 tablespoon magnesium powder supplement, unflavored or berry flavor, cold-water soluble
04 - 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice, optional
05 - Ice cubes

# How-To Steps:

01 - Fill a serving glass with ice cubes.
02 - Pour tart cherry juice and fresh lemon juice into the glass.
03 - Add magnesium powder and stir or whisk thoroughly until completely dissolved.
04 - Gently pour sparkling water on top and stir softly to blend.
05 - Optionally, garnish with a lemon wheel or fresh mint sprig.
