# How-To Steps:
01 - In a medium bowl, combine diced strawberries with 1 tablespoon granulated sugar and lemon juice. Let macerate for 10 minutes.
02 - Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter until the mixture has a wet sand consistency.
03 - Using a mixer or whisk, beat cream cheese, heavy cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
